oh! What floor did you find those socks at Kiddyland and do they actually coem in adult sizes? My friend works near there, so I’d like him to get some for me

Pekochan, I found the socks right on the first floor, in around the middle of the store, on the left wall. I also saw the same socks at Loft in Shibuya.

Speaking of Pekochan, have you tried the new banana-flavored Milky?? I kept meaning to buy some before I left Japan, but forgot to in the end. Maybe it’s not actually so new, but it was new to me.

And yes, they’re in adult sizes.

Hi Anna,

Thanks for replying quickly! It was great to read about the craft shops you visited while in Nihon. I always seem to forget to stop by one while I’m there…but I guess my wallet needs a break sometime, ne?
When I return in the Fall, I will definitely check out some of those places first!

I haven’t had any Fujiya candy in a long while (trying to cut my sweet intake a little. Fruit Parfait flavored Kit Kat on the other hand = trouble!) but I most defintely haven’t after the big scandal this past January at Fujiya’s factories – some links here:
