Ahh, once again you’ve made my day! Yarn choice is yummy! I don’t think we’re going to win the stare-down though–hope the lion doesn’t get to him first.

Do you know that every time you post a new toy I get inspired?
The only reason I learned how to knit on dpn is because of you and your toys! And now I’m finally going to design my own tiny toy!! Thank you so much for your inspiration!

I’m so glad that this is a weekly now. Maybe you should make lollipops in different colors and have a contest or something!

How do get stuff to stand on its own… Often I find my stuff floppy. Do you just keep tight tension/gauge or is it supported?
I think the stiffness is due partly to the yarn (Koigu) and the tiny needles (size 1), but also just because it’s such a small object. If it were much bigger, I’m sure the weight of the lollipop on top would make it flop around.

Super duper cute.
If I were a dentist, I would make a ton of these and give them to the kids instead of lollipops (do dentists still give kids lollipops?).
