  1. I am a huge fan of your work! I first discovered your cute adorable amigurumi style miniature knitting in a book several years ago. I have since bought another of your books. I also found you on Instagram and have been keeping up with your cute animations and new creations! I started collecting small bits of yarn so I could knit some of my favorite patterns but I just couldn’t wrap my mind around how to cast on in the round with such a small number of stitches until I saw a PBS knitting show last week, where they demonstrated a circular cast on method called “Emily Ocker’s Circular Cast On” and I finally figured it out! I wanted to share a link of a video that shows this method because I was thinking there might be others out there like me that need to watch someone do it before they can figure it out and understand the process fully, so it might be helpful to others as well! I dont’ know if you do video tutorials but I think it would be super cool if you could upload just a few for the basics relating to your patterns! I know you are a busy momma and very busy with work and art installations etc. but just sending a wish from me to you thinking others might really love to see them too! 2. I’ve heard of this technique, Kathy, but never put it into practice myself. And I would like to do knitting video tutorials someday—thanks for letting me know your interest!
