Tiny Hot Dog

This wee wiener wishes he was a whistle. Instead, he’s trying to learn to whistle himself. (But he’s not very good at it.)
Tango suggested that I make a Tiny Hot Dog back in July, so Tango gets a free pattern!

Being from Chicago, I prefer mustard. The problem contrast can be solved with the necessary addition of pickle relish.
