For everyone complaining about how they don’t have an iPhone to play the stacking cats game or an Xbox 360 to play Castle Crashers, John’s latest A.V. Club review is on Crayon Physics Deluxe, a delightful game that you can download for your PC.
You might recognize it from this YouTube video from 2007, before the game was fully developed.
(You can use a mouse to play the game instead of a magical pen on your computer, of course.)
I haven’t played it yet myself (I don’t have Windows on my Mac), but it looks like so much fun that I’ll have to try it soon. You can download Crayon Physics Deluxe for $20 here.
Ooooh, that’s cool! Thanks for sharing – I hadn’t seen this before! :)
They have an application for the iPhone/iPod Touch that has this game. Its called Touch Physics.
I just saw the Crayon Physics Deluxe on tv yesterday…and let me tell ya, I would love to have it. :)
Thanks for reminding me about it.
wow! this looks similiar to an xbox games…um, Echo Chrome! It was a simple game that had you switch between 2D and 3D in order to move your stick figure player across puzzle levels.
I love that music on the youtube video. i played this at 7 in the morning and my fiance didn’t even wake up!
We just bought the full version after trying the demo. It is awesome. My 7 yo and my 4.5 yo love it. They take turns. My 7yo takes the “hard ones” and my 4.5 yo takes the “easy ones”. Try the demo. So worth it. It has almost 20 exercises in it. We all play.
