Huey Li shared this epic pic in our Flickr group recently, and it makes me giggle every time I see it, so I had to share.
It also makes me think that we need more photos of the BIG mochis from Huge & Huggable Mochimochi! So here’s the deal: You add your photos of Huge & Huggable projects to our Flickr group, and if I feature them here on the blog, I’ll send you a free pattern of your choice! (Photos with people about to eat the toy, or vice versa, get bonus points!)

Fun! Actually, I am planning to make 2 Rolands for my cousin’s newborn twin boys, but the yarn I ordered is waiting for me at the post office because the mail carrier left me a delivery notice pfft. Planning to pick up the package this weekend and start right away! Also have ambitious plans to somehow embroider each of their names on his shell, but haven’t quite figured that out yet. Of course, I have to make two identical ones because you can’t have them fighting over them haha :)
This is awesome motivation to get moving on the ones I have in the works. Each of my 4 kids wanted one and I have been slacking on getting them done.
