I love tessellations. It was the one reason I almost wished I failed geometry like so many of my classmates (my class was the last one to do geometry with just proofs, the following class did tessellations and other visual proofs).

Cute! Technically it is not a tessellation because there are gaps, but it’s still really cute!
Oh, the gaps you see are filled in! Those are lighter colors for the teeth and the spiny backs. The light I used when I took the photo makes them look a little invisible though…
